mate, I have a … mate, I have a webq200 & webq100 i also work for bbq galore.
weber make great grills however i have to lined the frame with foil and it does refect the heat up unevenly.
the sides will not melt they are theromset resin.
my brother left the sides up on the bbq for 2 days with the gas on and it did not melt the sides.
for more tips check the cook book that comes included or call your local bbq retailer.

thanks for the … thanks for the metric to SI conversions since america is one of three countries that still use it for some reason. Also for smoking: i’m from texas and we use mesquite wood for the majority of smokings so you might wanna try that out it gives it a real nice flavor
